Let's have a look at some interesting facts about magnets.

All magnets have two poles - a north pole and a south pole.

When magnets come together, they will either attract or repel depending on which poles are closest to one another.

When two of the same pole come near each other (north and north or south and south), they will repel and push away from each other. This means they will not touch each other.

When two opposing poles come together (north and south) they will attract and pull towards each other, bringing the magnets to touch.

Let's have a go at some questions on magnets.
