Know How to Care for Our Pets

This is Rosie and her happy dog, Fred ...

and Jack with his happy cat, Meg.

The children know that animals have the same feelings as them.

Pets feel:

-  hot or cold

-  hungry or thirsty

-  lonely

-  happy or sad

-  afraid

-  healthy or poorly

Dogs and cats need a special bed of their own to feel safe and to sleep in. All our pets need a special, clean, warm, dry place to sleep and space to run around and play.

If Fred or Meg are not feeling well, Jack and Rosie take them to the vet who makes them feel better again.

It's easy if you remember that animals have the same feelings as you!
