This story is a great example of how using ‘and’ can make our writing more interesting and add more information. Read the beginning of this story again - did you notice the word ‘and’?
In this activity, we are going to practise adding information to descriptions and using the word ‘and’ to help us build on our writing skills and use our imaginations!
Remember, all sentences need a capital letter to start and a full stop to end, like this:
The princess loved to paint pictures and the prince loved to cook.
When you finish, why not try writing the rest of the story?
Good luck!
