In our everyday lives, there is so much choice when it comes to food and drink.
We need to be mindful that we choose both food and drinks that are good for us to help and maintain a healthy body.
To help us with these choices, the eat well plate has divided up the different food groups.
We also need a bit a balance and it is OK to allow the treats now and again - these are in the purple section on the plate.
Being healthy and happy is all about balance.
We also need to make sure that we give ourselves enough to drink to keep our bodies healthy.
In this activity, we will look at different drink options and the best ones to choose in different situations.
