You know that food is really important to us - it gives us the energy we need to live our lives and it provides the building bricks that we use to put our bodies together - so, important stuff, food!
Around the world different peoples eat a massive range of different diets according to where they live, their culture, their tradition and so on. Then again, people may choose a specific diet - like not eating meat, or they may be allergic to something, meaning that they also have to have a special diet.
This activity will give us the chance to explore some of these alternative diets.
